Our sleep tea has chamomile, skullcap, rose, & lavender. Chamomile will ease tension while lavender helps to clear your mind & relax your body. Skullcap will quiet those racing thoughts & support your nervous system on those nights when your brain just won’t shut off. And for a little extra R&R (rest & relaxation) we’ve got rose. She’ll melt away emotional stress & support your heart all while adding a lovely floral flavor to the tea.
